Nov 20 07 Training.

well the update wasn't done on the exact day but I remember as if it happened yesterday. We were instructed by coach CHE this time around in some grappling moves. Some of the basic exercise that we did included running around the mat a few times, Lifting our knees, raising our feet to our butt, side stepping facing inward and outward. We also did a few sprint as well. Being my first class everything that coach showed us as a class was new to me. He showed me how to lunge towards an opponent, and how to do a basic take down, as well as a few training drills on how to block yourself from oncoming attackers. This class I felt that I gave it my all. I wasn't able to go through the entire class with all drills but I did most of them myself. Worked so hard I ended up throwing up after class. Very good class / instructor.
